All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is officially canceled or rescheduled.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms and agree to follow the refund and entry policies.

Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled, all ticket holders will be notified via official channels. Refunds or transfers to a future event will be offered accordingly.

Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you're unable to attend, please contact our support team to explore your options.

Artist Lineup Changes
Reset Dallas reserves the right to modify the event lineup at any time. Artist substitutions or schedule changes are not grounds for a refund.

Entry Conditions
Entry is subject to venue policies and code of conduct. Failure to comply with these rules may result in denied entry without a refund.
